Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. You can arrive at your own time as you will be given a lock code so that you can let yourself in. The entire house will be yours to enjoy. The main bedroom has a double bed and there is also a double bed in the second bedroom. The third room has a desk and chair so can be used as a space for remote working. The house is ideally located as a base for exploring the various attractions in the north west of England.

We are situated in rural Lancashire 5 minutes from junction 32 of the M6. Located on the popular national cycle route, we are on the border between the Fylde coast and the Forest of Bowland. The Port Hole is an annexe to our home, with it's own entrance. The accommodation is private and peaceful, it has recently been refurbished to a high standard. One well behaved dog welcome.
