Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Bumble Cottage - Sedbergh (19 miles to Windermere)

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Cosy Corner - Sedbergh Main St. - near Dales&Lakes

Welcome to The Cosy Corner, a comfortable bolthole for two people in the beautifully situated town of Sedbergh. Woven into the Victorian fabric of the Yorkshire Dales, The Cosy Corner which is situated on the first floor above a corner shop has a great vantage point to take in the views. It makes the perfect place for a break, just at the end of Main Street - so within a few strides of the local shops, some great eateries, pubs and of course, the foot of Winder hill.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
