Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 55 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
