The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Beach 100m - Seahaven Escape

Location 100m stroll to a safe swimming beach, grassy foreshore and Phillip Island’s only all day dog beach. Our older two storey cozy home is set on a large block featuring modern open plan living - galley kitchen, lounge, dining room, under covered balcony and main bedroom upstairs. Downstairs has a large open plan rumpus/bedroom - an ideal kids hangout. One bathroom/toilet/laundry, garage and secure backyard. Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families.
