My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Cosy and comfy, Relax Max is suitable for up to 4 adults and or 2 adults and up to 3 kids. Off leash dog park 200m and 600m to dog beach. Dog friendly but no dogs on furniture or in beds! Quality cotton bed linen/towels no microfibre! Portacots, high chair, bouncer and stroller for infants. Large DVD collection, games/books for kids on rainy days. Leather lounges, rustic floorboards, modern kitchen, bath, undercover BBQ area. Fenced/secure large backyard with garden for the family dog.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

Spao Beach House is a family friendly beach house located in Trevally Drive, Ocean Grove. It's within walking distance to the beach, sports centre and shops. It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

Welcome to our lovely, spacious beach house for you to relax and enjoy Ocean Grove and explore the Bellarine. Located in a quiet street, a 15-minute walk (1.2km) to the beach & beachside cafe, hotel, and a few minutes from main shops and amenities. Perfect for 1 or 2 families, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. 3 bedrooms + 4th bunk room/movie room, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests. Relax in the spacious backyard, with large outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.

On the border with Sorrento, close the awesome Koonya Backbeach, Koonya General Store and also a walk to the bay beach. Plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends inside and out - 2 great lounges so kids can separate from parents if desired. Relaxed holiday feel - you can often hear the waves. Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Cosy beach house with a gas log fireplace. The lounge room has a couple of comfy couches with a television, dvd player, chromecast and wifi. You will also find various games, puzzles and books. The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
