Minutes to great hiking and restaurants, or just kick feet up and relax at the house. It has everything you need for a quiet, convenient mountain get-a-way. We are dog friendly with a pet fee of $100 per stay! The Pet fee is charged after booking is paid in full. Linens and towels provided. Fenced backyard. This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .
