Twig is one of our luxury pods at The Paddocks Pod. Ideally located in Selside, 4 miles outside of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park for you to enjoy a relaxing break away from busy life, surrounded by nature. Set within family farmland with stunning views over the Howgills. This luxury hand crafted pod is exclusively available for your use, including a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, private patio, outdoor seating and firepit/BBQ swing arm.

Atelier an enchanting French studio

Atelier was inspired by painting holidays in France. It is a spacious studio at Hylands providing a base for escape, rest and adventure. It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to explore, where you can dine al fresco or just sit and watch the wildlife and the ever changing views. It's 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

The Snug, Kendal - South Lakes

The Snug with a stylish interior, is a self-contained one bedroom, ensuite annex, attached to our family home. Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

A sofa bed gives you all the comfort and relaxation you need. Your bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin and shower.
