Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature under the covered fire pit in the crisp autumn evenings, soak in the private hot tub for two after a day of exploring, and snuggling up in front of the cozy fire place in the cooler wintry months.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Both Douglas and Cherokee Lakes are close by as well as convenient access to Knoxville and Morristown. Enjoy a peaceful vacation, business trip, or fishing excursion while staying on a working farm surrounded by animals and wildlife.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

Located 15 minutes from Carson-Newman University and 20 minutes from Knoxville and Sevierville, this home is close to the Smoky Mountains but a retreat from the traffic and hustle and bustle of town. You will be close to everything! Centrally-located cabin! Flat roads all the way to cabin! Right off of the Dolly Parton Parkway you are 5 mins from shopping, food, grocery stores, gas etc, 20 mins from Dollywood, 30 mins - 1 hour from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We do have an indoor/outdoor cat that lives here. If you aren't a fan of cats then this isn't the place for you! LOL
