Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces). Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.
