Bassenget er felles for boligfeltet og ca. 100 m. unna boligen, der det også er butikk og kafé. Det er 4 store soverom med dobbeltsenger, og et av soverommene er studio med eget bad og kjøleskap. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.
