Island View Studio is a free standing Balinese influenced studio of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a 40 sq metre deck with BBQ and outddoor furniture , views to Phillip Island and overlooking the private in ground pool. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY . A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. "The Bunga", short for bungalow is a two story dwelling built from local stone and inspired by the stone houses of France. Located in the small coastal town of Shoreham, adjacent to a park, it is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Guests have access to one bedroom with ensuite and have the entire building to themselves.
