Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

With private walks on your doorstep, you can visit surf snowdonia and zip world for excitement or see the beautiful Bodnant gardens. Cosy in the evenings with underfloor heating and woodburners.
