Fabulous reminder of the Art deco period,Burgh island was the setting for 10 little Indians by Agatha Christie and was visited by her ,take the fantastical sea tractor to the island and experience that five on Kirrin island feeling ,as well as the fab but expensive hotel there is also an older stone built pub which did fairly tasty food too .

I love this cove it is magical situated on the coast path between Paignton and Brixham,it is a pebble beach which requires a bit of a walk but the water is so clear and the surrounding area is beautiful definitely a go and relax enjoy the walk kind of place ,note the ruin of the old Customs House perched by the water a reminder of this coasts smuggling heritage .
