A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Please note facilities on level 10 are not available for short stay guest due to Covid ** Level 10 can now be accessed for short stay guest if they accept terms and conditions imposed by the owners corporation. This includes doing an induction ( short course) on health and safety and correct use of equipment.Inductions are done on Wednesday and Saturdays. Need to be pre booked. $150.00
