We are providing clean and disinfected towels and slippers for all the guests. The beddings are all clean and disinfected as well. The room has also been cleaned thoroughly. Then, generally, all the facilities in the house are for free to use. Like cooking wares in the kitchen, washing facilities, TV, WIFI, hair dryer and etc. All for free !!! And, we are also providing some general household items for free !! For example, hand wash gel, dish wash gel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash milk, toilet paper, laundry powder, softener, disinfectant, etc. All for free !!! And, we also have a professional cleaner, who comes up every week to clean up and disinfect the sharing common areas. So, we are always trying our best to keep the whole place as clean as possible. The cleanness of our living environment is always on our top priority. :) We are always trying our best to provide good services for everyone who comes to my place. This is a 7 bedroom large double story villa. This is a beautiful environment, which is close to the famous a Brighton Beach, and a golf course. Very suitable for large families or a few friends to come to Melbourne for travel accommodation, we have accommodated Germany’s Youth Soccer Team, and New Zealand famous sailing team members. Public transport is very convenient and supermarket is close. New complete daily necessities, and provide charter service and airport shuttle.

QUEEN BEDROOM with own bathroom in a light filled, fully renovated villa unit, for two guests (max). Gourmet kitchen and open plan livingroom. Close to public transport 900m to Sandringham Railway Station, 100m to the beach and a short drive to numerous elite golf courses. I live at the unit too. The unit is a 3 bedroom and only 1 bedroom/1bathroom available for Airbnb. The living and kitchen area would be a shared area with me as I live in the home.
