Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage, set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Stay in a self contained part of a historic house and garden nestled in a small village on the edge of the Lake District and a short walk from Lake Windermere. The house has been sensitively modernised, retaining characteristic features and using timber from the nearby woodland. Easy access to the A590 main road makes it an ideal location for exploring the Lake District. The Cottage sits in a mature garden complete with patio, outdoor seating, gas BBQ, parking, EV charger and cyc;le storage.

Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Barn has an open mezzanine floor with a super-king bed . The main open plan area is very large and could be used as a venue for celebratory dinners (up to 40), yoga retreats etc , most conveniently when rented in conjunction with Waterside House.
