Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
