Ideal for a couple attending a music center show, father son mtn biking trip or Brevard college parents in town for a visit. Newly fenced in backyard

Little House/Pet Friendly/Swing/Fire Pit/Boat

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

Forest just outside of Ashevile w/mtn views! Log cottage features fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom (queen). The living area has a smart TV and cozy fireplace! Outdoor seating w/ gas grill and al fresco dining. Patio and wood-fired Chiminea with cooking grill. Limit 2 guests.

Farm cabin close to downtown

This cabin is located within a mile to downtown Brevard, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There is a beautiful mountain and pasture view off the back porch and a barn nearby. There is a house on either side, but there are fences in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is on a working farm, so you may see farm equipment around the property.
