Nestled within the Cherokee National Forest, Brice's Place is in the Limestone Cove Valley of Unicoi County, between Stone Mountain & Unaka Mountain. With hiking and biking trails next to the property & some of the best fly-fishing rivers in Tennessee, Brice's Place is just 20-minutes to Johnson City, 35 to Bristol & 55 to Asheville.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Inside you’ll find cozy nooks, spell books and a fireplace to rewatch your favorite movies on the big screen. A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. Stream has a sitting area, private roads are great to walk, take kids/pups.Great for kids/pups of all ages with parental supervision. Burnsville has a Brewery with live music ,Unicoi beautyspot & AT lookout is 22 miles, Mayland planetarium& observatory(get tickets in advance)! This area has so much to explore!
