Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, plenty of privacy, a small creek to sit by, and very close to everything you need - 10 mins to downtown Asheville, 5 mins to quaint Weaverville, Beaver lake - bird sanctuary, and great restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, leading you to hiking trails, waterfalls & vistas for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

‘My Dream’ is a romantic one bedroom, one bath walkout apartment, with full kitchen and comfortable sleeper sofa with lots of pillows to snuggle. The style is eclectic and artsy, a little old and a little new, just like Asheville. But it's all good! Hopefully, it all comes together to please your senses. Outside there is a sweet little private patio with red rockers the perfect place to have a glass of wine or that "southern ice tea". Come, fall in love with our 'little garden of Eden’.

This is the downstairs of a brand new green built duplex, on the future Woodfin greenway which will connect with the French Broad River recreational area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.

The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one. The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)

Hiking trails two blocks away. 3.7 miles to the heart of downtown Asheville with all it's fabulous restaurants, galleries, and breweries. Off-street parking. Your own private entrance to your completely private space. Large family room. Kitchenette/dining room. Gorgeous bedroom. Cool bathroom. Desk area for work.

Comfortable one bedroom basement apartment with private patio, mountain views and separate entry (owners live upstairs). The apartment is stylishly appointed, with a full kitchen and bathroom and off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and within walking distance of Beaver Lake. Please be aware there is upstairs foot traffic noise. To minimize the noise, we provide disposable ear plugs, a sound machine and a fan.
