The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

The Piggery Barn (Deluxe), in Nidderdale AONB

This unique, luxury barn offers an unparalleled stay. The 18th Century Piggery Barn, renovated in 2024 is minutes walk from the village of Pateley Bridge in a quiet haven of Nidderdale, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

With amazing views of the Yorkshire Dales this is a perfect retreat. We are a quiet community here surrounded by nature. A big comfy bed and candles enables you to relax with your loved one. Toilet, shower, kitchen area, settee and dining set. There is a balcony to sit outside with Hot tub. Toast, eggs, tea and coffee facilities are provided. A network of paths go through our working farm with river and forest and higher land to explore together. Perfect for walking and bird watching.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Hingabarn, a unique place in a unique location

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is enveloped by woodland, fields and streams. What the cottage lacks in size, it certainly makes up for in location and home comforts. Literally a stone’s throw from the famous waterfalls of Gayle Beck and a few minutes walk from Hawes’ historic Market Square with its numerous shops, cafes and pubs, ‘The Shop on the Bridge’ is an ideal bolthole for a mini break away from it all.

A luxury wood cabin situated in 3 acres of private ancient woodland. The cabin has been hand crafted using reclaimed materials from an old mill in Chester and is fully insulated. Experience the peace and tranquillity, watch the stars through the star gazing window; enjoy the views across Widdale Beck to the fells beyond and delight in watching red squirrels in nearby trees. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.
