Lush mountains, panoramic Pacific views and a wide range of activities await at Finca Austria Nosara Estate. Perfect for an active family or group of friends, this luxury Costa Rica vacation rental has everything from its own soccer field to two beautiful pools and an outdoor entertaining area. When booked as an estate, the property has eight bedrooms, but you can also opt to rent the four-bedroom Casa Colibri or Villa Mariposa separately.

The two four-bedroom villas on the estate share a private soccer field, tennis court, mini basketball court and gym, where you can keep up with your workout routine, challenge fellow guests or send kids off to play. Each of the villas has its own outdoor pool, shower and al-fresco dining area, and Casa Colibri also has a hot tub, bar and a row of loungers where you can stretch out and watch the ocean below.

Hacienda charm comes through in the villas’ beamed ceilings, stucco walls and wrought-iron chandeliers. Open-plan layouts and open-sided walls allow the warm breezes to flow through the living spaces, while wicker seating, floral prints and vibrant artwork lend tropical personality. Villa Mariposa has a formal dining area for special occasions, and both villas have fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars.

There are four queen bedrooms in Villa Mariposa: two with en-suite bathrooms, and two that share a bathroom. In Casa Colibri, you’ll find three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Whether you’re on a family holiday or a honeymoon, the casa can accommodate, with a family room that has two daybeds in addition to the king bed and a master suite with a private terrace and al-fresco shower.

During your stay, ask the property manager for help arranging activities or your concierge to set up lunch or dinner chef service. If you’re keen to explore on your own, there are four beaches within an 11-mile drive for swimming, surfing and even turtle-watching, and the spectacular scenery of Palo Verde National Park is a 80-mile drive from the villa. You’ll find shopping and dining in the town of Nosara, 6 miles away, and though the nearest airport is in Nosara, you can also make your connection via Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport or Juan Santamaria Airport.

Finca Austria este un peisaj mare de 60 de ha, care este ascuns lângă râul Nosara, la 6 km de plajă. Există două părți ale finca, partea plată, pe care o numim „Riverside”, unde puteți găsi casele „Mango Cottage” și „Jungle Lodge” și „Oceanview” noastră pe deal cu vilele „Casa Colibri” și „Villa Mariposa”. Finca Austria poate fi utilizată, de exemplu, pentru reuniuni de familie, tabere de antrenament, evenimente sportive, întâlniri cu prieteni și iubitori de natură. Există într-adevăr suficient spațiu și puteți urmări animalele și păsările fără a merge prea mult. Terenul nostru de fotbal, tenniscourt și turul de alergare este în stare bună. Te vei întâlni aici cu natura, primită cu un standard occidental în străinătate, din praful de lângă coastă. Când vei veni aici pentru prima dată, vei fi surprins de drum, scurtătura noastră duce prin râu în timpul sezonului uscat. Îți recomandăm o unitate de tracțiune integrală pentru a explora natura înconjurată.
