A perfect spot for a gathering of family or friends, this grand, renovated estate is one of our top villas in Barcelona—it sits on 600 acres of private grounds and is surrounded by the rolling hills of Garraf National Park in Sitges. The quaint town of Sitges draws visitors from around the world thanks to its beautiful beaches, liberal atmosphere and sunny climate.

While away a lazy afternoon lounging on one of the cushioned sun lounges that frame the infinity-edge pool. There are also plenty of comfy patio furnishings on the terrace—perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine and good conversation. For an extra fee, a maid service can be arranged so you won’t need to lift a finger.

Inside, the villa is decorated with modern furnishings and colorful artwork. The living room features a cozy fireplace and natural light from doors that open up to a terrace. Nearby, the spacious kitchen is equally bright and comes fully equipped. Serve your home-cooked masterpiece in the dining area with seating for up to 21, or keep things casual by firing up the barbecue and dining alfresco.

This airy home can accommodate 18 guests (up to 21 guests with additional single beds) in its nine individually decorated bedrooms (additional beds and cots can be made available upon request, at extra cost). The master suite boasts a double size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while features in other rooms range from double to king sized beds to garden views and access to the outdoors. Up to 5 bedrooms can be arranged as 2 singles each.

While staying here, you’ll be a quick 9 km to the nearest beaches. It’s also just under 5 km to the nearest restaurants, shopping and nightlife options, and golfing is 7 km away.

My wife Helena and me have lived in Sitges for over 14 years now. With our two chidren we decided to buy an old mansion in Sitges. The tranquility and peace it offers is unsurpassable: to be part of the surrounding nature and at the same time to be surrounded by all the modern comforts of today's living is a perfect blend. We have sympathetically restored the exterior of the buildings and Helena has used her skills as an interior designer to decorate the property with all the modern conveniences and high standard finishes that one would expect from a property of this outstanding caliber. We are also an active family and we use Sitges to its full advantage: walks, biking, trekking, discovering nature etc. The properties offer solitude, and Barcelona is 20 minutes away, so we are in and out of suburbia as and when we want to.
