Lovely nature reserve where most of Amsterdam's tap water is filtered. It's a Sand-dune nature reserve with a trail network, visitor center & habitat for foxes & fallow deer.

The dunes in the Zilk is a beautiful nature reserve in the Bollenstreek. You can reach the dunes with a 15 minutes bike ride. Here you can follow a beautiful hiking trail in the dunes. Along the way you will encounter many beautiful deer. There are also short walking routes for children and there is much to see and experience.
