Dimitrie Barila ( Demetrius Barila ) , best known Dosoftei monastic name was a Romanian scholar , Metropolitan of Moldavia , poet and translator . He was one of the greatest scholars of Romanian history as the first national poet who contributed to Romanian literary language . Here was the first printing press in Romania.
