a very good place for apulian food. selected raw materials, respect for the seasons and the slow cooking, meticulous preparation of each dish, pairings with wines from Puglia and guarantee of traditional cuisine, are the characteristics questom place. it's better booking.

Suggestive location in Speziale, a the typical Apulian courtyard with typical cuisine with reinterpretations that make it a unique and particular place... it is not the usual trattoria
