Seiuan is the popular ramen shop by locals. They only open during the lunch time 11am - 2pm. The soup is simple and traditional. It is a soy sauce type ramen but they boil the soup long time to squeeze the juice from different ingredients. Ramen is 550 yen and very reasonably priced.
