The bar at The Carrington Hotel. The leadlight dome above the bar is breathtaking - The Carrington is an iconic hotel and retains all of the beautiful interiors and grandeur, while not being 'stuffy'. There is a large lounge area also just past Champagne Charlie's where you can relax on the sofas and enjoy the fireplace on cooler days.
