En esta plaza existen varios comercios: Walmart, Sam´s club, así como diversos bancos, hay salida de autbouses a distintos destinos: Aguacalientes,Celaya,Guadalajara,Irapuato,León,Puerto Vallarta,Querétaro,San Luis Potosí. (Hay que confirmarlo porque suelen variar)
