The best way to get a view of and access the Wairarapa's Tararua and Rimutaka Forest Parks, rivers, gorges, lakes, valleys and remote huts is by air.

This is just around the corner in Chester Road. Jason and Sally-Ann offer scenic rides into the Tararua Range (when weather permits) and if you are a keen hunter then Jason and his team know all the best spots. Get in early for the roar though as there are only so many huts up there to base your group from.
