This informal, family friendly café with atmospheric Cornish charm provides a relaxing pause in the middle of Padstow, Cornwall from morning until late. Their lunch and dinner menus feature locally sourced ingredients and the freshest fish, combined to create simple dishes inspired by Rick’s travels around the world. BREAKFAST: From a classic Full English to crushed avocado on toast, our breakfasts are the perfect way to start the day. SET MENU: The three course lunch and dinner menu is £26.95 and available every day FAMILY FRIENDLY: Children are very welcome at Rick Stein’s Café – the mini Stein’s menu is available at both lunch and dinner. Dogs are welcome in the courtyard.

This is our favorite of the Rick Stein empire. Small menu, intimate space so doesn't feel over commercial. Not cheap but not as expensive as some of the others.

All of Rick Stein's cafes, hotel and restaurants are worthy of a visit. Try the Seafood Restaurant if you want to go upmarket or his fish and chips on the quayside at Padstow if you are on a budget - he was sitting at the next table to us with other chefs on our last visit!
