Hervé Villemade - 97 Rue Moulin Neuf, 41120 Cellettes - Tél. : +33 2 54 70 41 76 Hervé Villemade’s domain is in the heart of the appellation Cheverny, on the left bank of the river Beuvron in Cellettes. It has 25 Ha spread over three communes: Cellettes, Chitenay and Fougères S/Bièvre. The entire vineyard is organic farming since 2000 for parcels of Cellettes and Chitenay, and since 2008 for parcels of Fougères s/ Bievre, exploited since that year. This vineyard work is followed by gentle vinification without inputs, except for a small dose of sulfur when bottling.
