This might be my favorite place in Visalia. Note that it is located in the same area as Xiong Pho N Seafood and the seating is only outdoors. Their delicious & unique tacos are just about $2 each, but my favorite item on the menu is the ramen. It is so good that I will even get it when the weather is hot. You might be thinking that tacos and ramen are a weird combination, and you are correct, but it works, and you should try it! IG: @tacoslucha

One of a kind taco spot. The owner + chef has transformed the way you eat street tacos here. He also makes incredible ramen! Please note that this is a walk up window type of restaurant with outdoor seating only, and it is not located in the best part of town. BUT. If you are craving tacos, please try this place!
