It is Indiana’s first USDA certified organic dairy. We strive to reconnect people to their food and where it comes from. It is our passion to raise, craft, and serve food in harmony with the land to nourish all who share it. At the Loft Restaurant, they believe that food has a story. As a farm-to-table restaurant with organic and sustainable sourcing, they follow their food from the pasture to the plate. The Chefs featured dishes rotate with seasonal changes, bringing diversity and a unique sense of place to the menus. The seasonal menus can be paired with our selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. When you enjoy dinner, lunch, or brunch, you also become part of the journey from farm to your table. Proudly, they take these processes all the way from the soil to their farmstead restaurant, and on- farm store, and they partner with other farms that share their mission. Excellent farm to table food. Most of their ingredients they grow right on site!

An historic barn, organic farming and organic dairy products. The restaurant is known for delicious meals and the creamery is known for its delightful ice cream. AND... check out the chocolate milk!!!
