Solar restaurant - Marta and her sister are amazing and their food is just deliciously cooked by the sun using local produce. It was not a surprise when I discovered they had been in two famous Chilean tv programs (tierra adentro and lugares que hablan) The location is in the heart of the Elqui Valley, very close to a free tasting pisco distillery and the main city, Vicuña. 100% recommended!
