A great place filled with interesting shops, souvenirs, grocery store, and restaurants. This location is also just a few minutes drive away from the famous Hanalei Bay!

Market and some restaurants such as the Dolphin for good sushi. Also the food trucks especially the Thai food truck has very authentic Thai food. L&L BBQ for local favorites.

CHING YOUNG VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER features a variety of stores and services, from art galleries, gift shops, cosmetics, clothing store, Big Save grocery story, and dining establishments from restaurants to juice stand and poke stand, services such as real estate offices, massage therapist, acupuncturist, tattoo parlor, outdoors activities, etc.

On the far North Shore is Hanalei Town. Lots of surf shops and local food choices. Favorite food options in Hanalei for lunch include Pat’s Taqueria. My favorite food truck located at the Hanalei Pier (open from 12-3pm each day). While there walk out or jump off the pier. Hanalei Taro & Juice Co. Where ordering authentic laulau with fresh Hanalei taro. And for fresh smoothies, açaí bowels, or Dole Whip, Aloha Juice Bar in the parking lot of Ching Young Village, next to Big Save. They’re open from 10am to 4pm. For dinner, my personal favorites are Ama (fresh noodle dishes & more) and BarAcuda (tapas). Both present creative culinary dishes, crafted cocktails, wine & beer, cool vibes, farm fresh ingredients.
