Southern comfort food, locally sourced, made and owned. I can't get enough of their homemade Mac n' Cheese and Cornbread. But then again, I haven't had anything here I didn't like.

When you need that down south cookin. This is where you need to go. The food is exactly what it’s supposed to be, and it’s wonderful, which is probably why they’re loved by locals and have been featured on the Food Network.

Another local favorite not to be judged from the exterior, Southern Kitchen offers an AUTHENTIC home cooking southern menu filled with classics like collard greens, grits, fried catfish, sweet tea okra, fried chicken and cornbread. Featured on Diners, Drive In's and Dives for good reason, the homey atmosphere makes you feel like you're eating at your grandma's house. The chicken fried steak breakfast is the best!
