A unique restaurant that offers the ultimate ‘paddock to plate’ experience in the Limestone Coast. The most Prime cuts of export grade Wagyu beef are cooked to perfection at The Tasting Room. Many of the cuts of Wagyu beef that are used are unavailable for purchase in Australia due to overseas demand. An extensive wine list focusses on the local Coonawarra wines.

People travel from all over the world to get a taste of this delicious full blood Wagyu Beef. Sit back and relax while chefs bring you course after course of their signature steaks, served with in season produce.
