Unbelievable handmade pasta made fresh each day. The owner returns to his hometown in Italy in the summer and hand picks his truffles. Not cheap, but worth the splurge.

Hands down the best Italian restaurant in the heart of Old Town. This restaurant takes you to Italy. We always sit at the bar as the bartenders are extremely friendly & make you feel at home.

My favorite high end restaurant in the desert! Hand made pasta! Owner is head chef! Favorite entrée is the tortellini stuffed with filet mignon!
