I run my own personal yoga training business, working one-on-one with people from all walks of life like doctors, lawyers, busy parents, & burnt out souls to help them reconnect with their breath, body and peace. This didn’t start from a perfect life, I’ve lived through my own storms. For years, I wore strength like armor until I realized true strength is soft, slow & honest. Yoga gave me tools that I use to help others feel whole again.
