Truly a gem! One of our all-time favorite Airbnbs. Experience a bit of Salt Lake City's history in this beautifully renovated (while retaining period architectural features) Craftsman bungalow in the Avenues. From the moment we stepped in we felt at home. Steven has thought of everything: from the fully-appointed spacious kitchen, to the comfortable chairs, couch, beds & pillows; the double-person shower and clawfoot tub; large TV; ample closet & storage space; dark out shade on the skylight in the bedroom; the cozy porch with lovely rose & flower garden outside; to the books about SLC's history, games, and recommendations in the area. Excellent location, too: the neighborhood is great for strolling through, and is close to a market, hospitals, cafés, the downtown and the University of Utah. Steven is a wonderful and attentive host. Highest recommendation possible.

Perfect place for a family gathering. We had 3 generations of adults in the home and everyone was comfortable- from the private and spacious bedrooms and clean bathrooms, to the large and cozy couch, to the peaceful front porch. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to make and enjoy meals at home. And the location provided opportunities to get out and explore easily on foot or by car. Plenty to walk to- grocery store, convenience store and coffee shops. Steven was very responsive and a pleasure.

Steven's place was a perfect location to most things. Everything in a walkable distance. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked of any AirBNB we've stayed in. Will definitely hope to rebook on our next trip.

I booked this home prior to and recovery from surgery at Huntsman. A lovely nest to curl up in and heal. Bright and beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Loved morning coffee on the front porch. Squirrels paid a visit everyday. Neighborhood is sweet, safe and quaint. Steven really was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Next time, a pleasure trip.
