First of all, Lisa is a terrific host. Super easy booking process and very effective communication. The value for the home was terrific and the description was accurate. Yes, it is just street parking but the space is huge and right in front of the home so that was not an issue at all. The plus of the location is it is a quiet street but for the random rooster crows in the morning, however, is close to anything you need - restaurants, coffee shops, a Publix etc and. The not so great part of the location is its nighttime first impression curb appeal, particularly on garbage pickup days, is not a win but after first night it was truly fine. Overall, would recommend and would stay again if I am in the area.

stayed here 2 years im a row but this time was no heat and house temperature got to as low as 58 to a high of 62 and temps were cold outside so it was rough on my toddler and elderly mother in law
fiance and daughter ended up with a weird rash on skin not sure if related to the bedding or water
maintenance also said that the pool was going to be out of commission for the rest of my stay which was never told to me upon booking since im from up north I look forward to the swim

but besides that it was clean and she responds pretty quickly.

Great value - pool was a nice bonus that my son absolutely loved. Nestled in a community of Guatemalan ex-pats so the food was incredible. Great local fireworks for New Years too - a total treat for all of us.
