Am Markt lernst du alles über die Zutaten, die du verwenden wirst, sowie etwas über den Markt selber. Das kochen dann ist super angenehm und für jeden was!

Acum 4 zileIncredible experience and probably my favorite part of the trip to CDMX. Raja and his wife are absolutely fantastic, kind, and hilarious, and this experience was truly so special. Would not recommend doing something more!!! 100/10 experience

Acum 4 zileThis experience was absolutely fantastic! You start at the market to pick out your ingredients and then head to his home to make everything from scratch. Raja teaches you about the history of the market and the ingredients you are using for the dish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. Everyone participates in making everything from start to finish. You will make your own Al pastor, salsas, guacamole, and tortillas. My husband and I both enjoyed this class and would absolutely recommend it! It was well worth it!

Acum 4 zileSuch a unique and special experience! Raja and Pilar are an amazing duo. I personally loved seeing the relationships they’ve built with the vendors at the market, and sharing their passion and knowledge with us. I highly recommend taking this experience! Merci beaucoup R+P!

Acum 6 zileThis was such a wonderful class! My 8-year-old son wants to be a chef, so we decided to kick our week in Mexico City off with Raja's class. We're so glad we did! The market tour was wildly educational. I learned so much about the history of the most iconic Mexican foods (mole, tomatoes, and chilies, etc.).
Raja and Pilar were lovely hosts and the class was moving the whole time. They helped my son, and guided him with real chef's knifes, something he wanted to do. He can now butterfly pork, which is something I didn't learn how to do until now either.
We made so much food and such amazing and delicious food. We will be enjoying the leftovers the rest of this week, and I suspect it will be better than what we can get in many restaurants.
