Starting this review with the fact that I enjoyed my 3 months in KC, but there was issues that arised with my stay. On immediate notice, this place had not been used for a while. The bathroom was subpar with mold and gunk in holders, a clogged bathtub drain, and very smelly water. The critters from spiders all shapes and sizes, to centipedes, to a slug on the kitchen door were so prominent I had to buy my own raid. The water in itself was terrible, the washer, the sink in the kitchen, the bathroom all smelled of sewer & it lasted my WHOLE stay. In terms of communication with the host, it was very minimal and subpar. My questions and concerns would many times go unanswered. They had individuals going in and out of the bnb WHILE I was there, WITHOUT 24hr notice. As a young girl, my safety felt in jeopardy. The home was sold while I was in there. New owners also felt that the place needs major work. I have receipts and pictures. On a lighter note, the bed was very comfortable.
