First of all, the host was very responsive and friendly, checkin was easy, neighborhood was very nice. The unit is very spacious and parking was easy. My negative feedback is due to 2 issues:

First, the location is nowhere near where it's advertised on AirBnB. The location upon booking on AirBnB shows a pin in the Toluca Lake area near Universal. The actual location is 20 minutes away near the Erewhon on (very congested) Ventura. Had I known the actual location, or even approximate location, I wouldn't have booked here. It was literally a 15-20minute drive from where we thought we'd be near our family.

Second, the place smells really really bad. There's been a lot of cat urine soaking the carpets over probably a very long period of time. We couldn't leave the second bedroom door open it was so bad. We tried to open the windows but the unit is on the ground floor and only has sliding doors - which aren't safe to leave open. Sleeping with the doors closed was really unpleasant.
