If you want to get away for the weekend for an event at the palladium, kaosi’s place is in the perfect location and secluded. Cannot recommend enough!!

We had such a great week staying at Kaosi’s place! From the start, she was attentive and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. When we realized there was left trash in the bin and we couldn’t throw ours away, Kaosi responded as soon as possible, let the cleaning crew know, and even gave us another solution so we didn’t have to worry. That kind of care really made a difference for us during our stay. The space was comfortable and felt like a home away from home, and Kaosi’s kindness made it even better. We’d be happy to stay again and definitely recommend her as a host! ♥️

Generally good place, clean, comfy and well kept. I stayed there two nights. Instructions for check-in and checkout were all detailed. My only concern and disappointment was that though my host led me to believe she’d respond to my questions- I only received “preset” messages for checkin and checkout.
There was no iron or ironing board as indicated in the instructions she sent. I reached out the very first night, as well as the next day, and there was no related-response. I had to take my attire to the dry cleaners for ironing at an extra cost since I had a wedding to attend. A simple related-response would have made a difference…
