Guy's place was beautiful, and a overall a very welcome escape from our own home having just suffered a mass leak and rendering it unliveable!

A great location within walking distance to Bournemouth and Westbourne. Would recommend to anybody wanting a seaside escape.

A lovely flat, super clean and perfect for a couple days away. Really close to town/restaurants, bars and beach. Only a couple things is the parking isn’t very clear and needs more instruction of how to get to the underground parking (e.g. you need to go through the premier in parking). Instructions also need to be clearer about turning on boiler etc (maybe a welcome pack?!) However we did enjoy our stay.

Great apartment, only criticism is that there was no blinds on the windows.

Also communication with the host wasn’t always easy, had a few issues getting the correct check in information, but after that it was fine.

Lastly there wasn’t any Wi-Fi in the property, only a mobile dongle

Beautiful apartment with all needed facilities (minus washer) but terrible service. I couldn't believe this listing was managed by a professional holiday lets company. Check in instructions were confusing and clearly a template they send out to all their listings without taking into consideration the particularities of this place's check in procedure. Absolutely no instructions or guidance on parking and its not intuitive at all. Absolutely no welcome pack with instructions and tips for the facilities - how to turn on the boiler, how to get hot water, how to manage the central heating, wifi password. Needed to figure out the hot water by myself as I was left on read overnight (despite being well within office hours), wifi details took over a day to get and a dozen of messages back and forth to get (and wifi was unusable - too slow for emails let alone anything else). The apartment has the potential to be amazing but needs to be managed better!
