We stayed at this home with high hopes, especially because of the advertised amenities like the spa and gated entry, but unfortunately our experience didn’t meet expectations. The house has potential, and the host was responsive and polite, but multiple issues made our stay frustrating.
The hot tub, one of the main reasons we chose this property, was unusable for all of our visit. It wouldn’t heat properly, leaked water, and several jets didn’t work. Despite ongoing communication and visits from techs, it was unusable.
The gate remote didn’t work, leaving us to open/close it manually, and parts of the property felt unsecured. Electrical outlets in both hall bathrooms were out. The iron and ironing board were unusable.
We also noticed missing blinds in one of the bedrooms, leaving it exposed, and the “workout equipment” mentioned in the listing wasn’t to be found.
To their credit, the host did their best to coordinate fixes during our stay, but overall the home wasn’t fully guest-ready

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, it was during a heat wave and the AC struggled to keep up upstairs. The house has what you need and can accommodate a large group comfortably. The location is convenient to a lot of different activities. The house could potentially use replacement of heavily worn furniture and carpet upstairs.

We had a great stay during our family trip. Minh was responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. The check in/out process was easy. Location was quiet and felt very safe. Our boys loved the games, pool, and hot tub. The patio is great for families. We would stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Mission Viejo while in town for a cousin's wedding. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, the home was spacious yet cozy—truly a home away from home. My family especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spa surrounded by lush plants - it felt like we were in our own private tropical retreat. I loved the well-stocked kitchen. There was even a gas stovetop. IYKYK, home chefs appreciate this!

The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short drive to the beach and surrounded by restaurants (Milk and Cookies is an absolute must!), shopping (Spectum in Irvine) and entertainment options (Disneyland). Everything we needed was close by, making our trip that much more convenient and enjoyable.

Minh, our host, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, which made us feel welcomed and cared for. We could not have wished for a better experience.
